Dr. Chambers has worked directly with people for over 20 years and in multiple capacities. Dr. Chambers holds a PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior, Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and an Associate of Science with a specialization in Psychology. Dr. Chambers is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner. Dr. Chambers is the sole proprietor of the Dr. C endeavors that aim to bring education, advocacy, and interventions to the public and professionals alike. Dr. Chambers is also an outpatient mental health counselor at a community based rural mental health facility in Southern Illinois.

Dr. Chambers has also worked in several other capacities over multiple decades, including public service as the first woman and youngest person to serve on the city council of her hometown. Public service and working with people was an easy transition for Dr. Chambers as she came from over a decade of journalism while pursuing educational goals in the field of psychology.

Dr. Chambers is a wife, mother, and continues to be active in the community she lives and the community of mental health professionals.
